Refund policy

Kyzen ("we," "us," "our") operates kyzenclo.com. This policy outlines our exchange process and the conditions under which returns are handled.

EXCHANGE POLICY

We offer hassle-free exchanges within 30 days of delivery. If your order does not fit or does not meet your expectations, we will exchange it for a different item or size at no additional cost.

To initiate an exchange, email us at carekyzen@gmail.com with your order number, the item you wish to exchange, and what you would like instead. Our team will respond within 24 hours with instructions.

EXCHANGE CONDITIONS

To be eligible for an exchange, items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with all tags intact. Items that show signs of wear, washing, alteration, or damage are not eligible for exchange.

Items must be shipped back to us within 7 days of receiving exchange approval. We recommend using a trackable shipping method as we are not responsible for items lost in transit during the return process.

ITEMS NOT ELIGIBLE FOR EXCHANGE

The following items cannot be exchanged: items purchased during a clearance or final sale, items that have been worn, washed, or altered, and items returned after the 30-day exchange window.

REFUND POLICY

We do not offer monetary refunds. All approved returns are processed as exchanges for a different item or store credit. Store credit does not expire and can be used on any future purchase at kyzenclo.com.

DEFECTIVE OR DAMAGED ITEMS

If your item arrives defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us at carekyzen@gmail.com within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the issue. We will send a replacement at no cost to you, including return shipping.

LATE OR MISSING EXCHANGES

Once you ship your exchange item back to us, please allow 5–7 business days for us to receive and inspect it. Your replacement item will be dispatched within 1–2 business days after inspection is complete. You will receive a new tracking number via email once the replacement ships.

CANCELLATIONS

Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of purchase, provided they have not already been dispatched. To cancel, email carekyzen@gmail.com with your order number. If the order has already been shipped, it cannot be cancelled and will follow the standard exchange process upon delivery.

CHARGEBACKS

We encourage customers to reach out to us at carekyzen@gmail.com before initiating a chargeback with their bank or payment provider. We are committed to resolving any issue directly and promptly. Initiating a chargeback without contacting us first may result in delays in resolution and suspension of future purchasing privileges.
