SHIPPING POLICY

Kyzen ("we," "us," "our") operates kyzenclo.com. This policy outlines our shipping practices, estimated delivery timelines, and what to expect after placing an order.

ORDER PROCESSING

All orders are processed and dispatched within 1–2 business days of payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day. You will receive an email confirmation with a tracking link once your order has shipped.

ESTIMATED DELIVERY TIMES

Delivery timelines begin after your order has been dispatched. These are estimates and may vary depending on your location, carrier conditions, and customs processing.

Canada: 3–5 business days
United States: 5–8 business days
International: 10–15 business days

Please note that business days do not include weekends or public holidays.

SHIPPING RATES

We offer free standard shipping on all orders worldwide. No minimum purchase required.

TRACKING YOUR ORDER

Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can use this to monitor your package through the carrier's website. Please allow up to 48 hours after receiving your tracking email for the tracking information to update in the carrier's system.

CUSTOMS AND DUTIES

For international orders, your package may be subject to import duties, taxes, or customs fees upon arrival in your country. These charges are determined by your local customs authority and are the responsibility of the buyer. Kyzen has no control over these charges and cannot predict their amount.

UNDELIVERED OR LOST PACKAGES

If your tracking shows delivered but you have not received your package, please check with neighbours, your building management, or your local post office. If the package remains missing, contact us at carekyzen@gmail.com within 7 days of the delivery date and we will work with the carrier to resolve the issue.

If your tracking has not updated for more than 15 business days after dispatch, contact us at carekyzen@gmail.com and we will investigate and either reship or offer a full exchange.

INCORRECT SHIPPING INFORMATION

Please ensure your shipping address is correct before completing your order. Kyzen is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer. If you notice an error after placing your order, contact us immediately at carekyzen@gmail.com and we will attempt to update the address before dispatch.

PO BOXES AND MILITARY ADDRESSES

We currently ship to PO Boxes and military addresses (APO/FPO). Please note that delivery to these addresses may take longer than standard estimated timelines.
